It is your sole responsibility to ensure that your access to and use of the Platform complies with all laws and regulations applicable in your jurisdiction of residence. opo99 does not represent or warrant that the Platform is legal or accessible in all jurisdictions.

By using the Platform, you represent that you have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement, that you are not subject to any legal disability that would prevent you from doing so, and that you are not using the Platform in a professional capacity on behalf of a third party unless expressly authorised by opo99 in writing.
To access real-money products on the opo99 Platform, you must complete the registration process in full and provide accurate, current, and complete information. You agree to maintain and promptly update your account information to keep it accurate, current, and complete at all times.
Each Member is permitted to hold exactly one Account on the Platform. Opening more than one Account — whether under the same identity or using different personal details — is strictly prohibited. opo99 employs automated and manual detection systems to identify duplicate accounts. Where duplicate accounts are detected, opo99 reserves the right to close all associated accounts and forfeit any and all balances and pending withdrawals without notice.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your credentials with any third party. You agree to notify opo99 immediately via live chat or email if you suspect any unauthorised access to or use of your Account. opo99 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised use of your Account where you have failed to take reasonable steps to protect your credentials.

Failure to provide satisfactory KYC documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in suspension of withdrawal privileges or closure of the Account.
You may request closure of your Account at any time by contacting the opo99 support team via live chat. Any Real Money Funds remaining in your Account at the time of closure will be returned to your verified payment method following completion of KYC and provided no outstanding wagering requirements apply. Bonus Funds that have not met the applicable Wagering Requirement will be forfeited upon closure.
opo99 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following channels, all denominated in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR):
opo99 does not accept deposits from third-party accounts. The account name on your nominated payment method must match the name registered on your opo99 Account. Deposits made from accounts belonging to third parties will be reversed and may result in Account suspension.
Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal limits apply and are displayed on the cashier page at the time of transaction. opo99 reserves the right to amend these limits at any time without prior notice. Higher limits may be available to VIP Members subject to separate agreement with the opo99 VIP team.
Deposits made via local Indonesian bank transfer and supported e-wallets are typically credited to your Account within seconds of confirmation. opo99 is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors, bank maintenance windows, or network interruptions outside our control. Deposits will not be credited until cleared funds are received by opo99.
Withdrawal requests from verified Accounts are typically processed within the same business day (Monday to Friday, 08:00–22:00 WIB). Requests submitted outside business hours will be processed on the following business day. opo99 reserves the right to request additional KYC documentation before processing any withdrawal. Withdrawal funds will be sent only to a payment method that has been verified as belonging to the Account holder.
All Account balances, deposits, and withdrawals are conducted exclusively in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). opo99 does not charge a currency conversion fee. Any conversion charges imposed by your bank or e-wallet provider are your sole responsibility.
opo99 maintains strict anti-money laundering (AML) and counter-financing of terrorism (CFT) controls. We reserve the right to request source-of-funds documentation for large deposits or withdrawal requests. Any Account suspected of being used to facilitate money laundering, fraud, or other financial crime will be immediately suspended and reported to the relevant authorities. Funds associated with suspected illicit activity may be held pending investigation.
opo99 offers various promotional bonuses to new and existing Members, including welcome deposit bonuses, reload bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, and VIP rewards. All bonuses are subject to these general Terms as well as the specific terms published alongside each individual promotion. In the event of any conflict, the specific promotion terms take precedence.
Unless stated otherwise in the specific promotion terms, Bonus Funds must be wagered a minimum number of times before they or any winnings derived from them become eligible for withdrawal. The applicable Wagering Requirement multiplier for each promotion is clearly stated on the promotion's detail page. opo99 reserves the right to withhold withdrawals if it determines that Wagering Requirements have not been legitimately satisfied.
opo99 operates a zero-tolerance policy toward bonus abuse. The following conduct constitutes bonus abuse and will result in forfeiture of Bonus Funds, cancellation of pending withdrawals, and may lead to permanent Account closure:
Bonus Funds and associated Wagering Requirements are subject to an expiry period specified in each promotion's terms. Bonus Funds that are not used and Wagering Requirements that are not completed within the stated expiry period will be automatically forfeited without further notice.
opo99 reserves the right to withdraw, suspend, or amend any promotion at any time without prior notice. Members who have already accepted a bonus prior to such withdrawal or amendment will continue to be subject to the terms that were in place at the time the bonus was accepted, unless the amendment is required by law or regulatory obligation.
All sports bets placed on the opo99 Platform are subject to the applicable sportsbook rules published on the Platform. opo99 reserves the right to void any bet placed on an event where the odds were manifestly incorrect due to a technical error, data feed failure, or human error. Decisions on voided bets are final and not subject to appeal beyond the opo99 complaints process.
Live casino games, including baccarat, roulette, and blackjack tables provided by Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play Live, and Ezugi, are governed by the rules specific to each game variant. In the event of a technical disconnection during a live casino round, the round outcome will be determined by the game server result at the time of disconnection. opo99 is not responsible for incomplete rounds caused by interruptions to the Member's internet connection.
Slot games are governed by each game provider's applicable rules and published Return-to-Player (RTP) percentages. All slot outcomes are determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) systems maintained by the respective game studio (Pragmatic Play, Microgaming, NetEnt, Pocket Games Soft, Spribe, and others). opo99 does not alter or influence RNG outcomes.
Maximum single-transaction payout limits apply across sportsbook, live casino, and slots products. In the event of a system error, software malfunction, or incorrect display of odds or game outcomes, opo99 reserves the right to void any affected bets or game rounds and refund the applicable stake amounts. Winnings paid as a result of a manifest error may be reclaimed by opo99 from the Member's Account balance. Members are required to report suspected errors to customer support promptly.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, opo99 excludes all liability for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill, even if opo99 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
In all circumstances, opo99's total aggregate liability to you for any direct loss arising from use of the Platform shall not exceed the total Real Money Funds deposited by you into your Account in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
You acknowledge that gambling involves financial risk and that you participate in any betting or gaming activity on the Platform entirely at your own risk. opo99 is not responsible for any financial loss suffered as a result of gambling activity conducted through the Platform, beyond the specific remedies set out in these Terms.
opo99 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms by reference. By registering an Account, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. opo99 does not sell your personal data to third parties. Data is shared only with service providers necessary for Platform operation (including payment processors, KYC verification partners, and game studios) and with regulatory or law enforcement authorities where legally required.
opo99 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Where amendments are material, opo99 will provide reasonable notice by publishing the updated Terms on this page with a revised Effective Date and, where practicable, by notifying registered Members via their registered contact method. Your continued use of the Platform following the publication of amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of those amendments. If you do not accept any amendment, you must cease using the Platform and may request Account closure as described in Clause 3.5.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which opo99 holds its international gaming licence. The application of conflict-of-law principles that would require the application of the law of any other jurisdiction is expressly excluded.
If you have a complaint regarding any aspect of the opo99 Platform or these Terms, you should contact the opo99 customer support team in the first instance via live chat (available 24/7) or by email at the address provided in Clause 13. opo99 will acknowledge all formal complaints within 24 hours and aim to provide a full written response within 5 business days. opo99 aims to resolve all complaints fairly and transparently.
In the event that a complaint cannot be resolved through the internal complaints process, the parties agree to submit the dispute to binding arbitration administered under the rules of the applicable dispute resolution body designated under opo99's international gaming licence. The language of arbitration shall be English. The arbitral award shall be final and binding on both parties.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court or arbitrator of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be deemed modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, or severed from these Terms if modification is not possible, and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
